THE PROBLEM

More clients, more requests,
less time to advise.

Each client wants their numbers, their way, at the right time. Without a sharing tool, the account manager spends their days sending files.

Stop…

…sending screenshots and exports to your clients every week.

An Ads Manager screenshot, a GA4 export, a manually edited spreadsheet. The client waits for you to send the report, and the numbers are already outdated by the time they open it.

Stop…

…choosing between giving access to everything or nothing.

Sharing your ad account access exposes your settings and other clients’ data. Sharing nothing leaves you stuck sending files manually.

Stop…

…finding out a client is behind on their goals when they call you.

With 10 clients, it’s impossible to open every project every morning. You spot goals falling behind too late, and the client is the one who tells you.

Client view & access

Open the project to your client. Stay in control of what they see.

Your client logs in and sees their up-to-date numbers. For each project, you decide which tabs and Overview blocks they can access.

Invite by email under Project → Settings: invite an existing client account or create a new account and send an invitation.
Custom client view: select which tabs and Overview blocks are visible. Everything else stays hidden.
Invited clients stay within their own workspace: they can access their assigned projects but can’t create new ones.
Project-level team permissions: view, edit, manage connectors, goals, and dashboards.
Tools and Live Advisor are disabled for clients by default. You can grant access under Settings → Agency clients.

Good to know: the client portal includes 5 access slots on Standard, 25 on Premium, and 100 on Unlimited.

Portfolio overview

All your clients on one screen. Goals falling behind come first.

The agency portfolio view brings all your clients together, one row at a time. See at a glance who’s spending, who’s generating returns, and who’s falling behind.

Each client’s spend, ROAS, and goals, side by side.
On track or Behind: the number of goals on track and behind for each client.
Sort and filter to call the clients who need your attention first.
Export to CSV for team meetings or internal tracking.

Good to know: Portfolio view is a permission. The agency owner grants it to each member under Settings → Team. Amounts remain in the currency of the ad accounts.

Alerts & Daily OKR

La même alerte, au même moment. For you, your client, and your team.

A goal falling behind? A sync failing? Everyone affected sees it in the app. And yesterday’s summary is emailed every morning.

In-app alerts: successful or failed syncs, goals reached or falling behind.
Sent to the right people: project owners, assigned clients, and agency members with access.
One click opens the right tab: connectors or goals for the relevant project.

Good to know: With Standard, Daily OKR is included for 1 brand. Premium and Unlimited enable it across all your brands.

Account manager FAQ

Your questions, our answers.

What exactly can my client see?
Only the projects you’ve assigned them to, and within each project, the tabs and Overview sections you’ve selected in Client view. Tools and Live Advisor are denied by default. They also receive notifications for their projects.
Can my client create projects?
No, not if they’ve been invited by your agency: they can only access their assigned projects. An independent client who owns their own projects can create them. They are not linked to your agency.
Can my client access Live Advisor?
Not by default. An agency owner or editor can grant access under Settings → Agency clients, individually for each client. When using Live Advisor on your projects, they use the agency’s shared token quota: 100K on Standard (read-only), 500K on Premium, and 2M on Unlimited.
Who receives notifications?
Project owners, assigned clients, and agency members with access to the project. Alerts cover syncs (successful or failed) and goals (reached or behind). One click opens the Connectors or Goals tab for that project.
For account managers

Fewer screenshots. More time for your clients.

Create one project per client, invite them by email, and choose what they can see. They can access their metrics as soon as the first sync is complete.
