How many clients can I manage with one account?
 

Each client is a project (one brand). Solo includes 1 brand, Studio includes 2, and Agency includes 3.

Need more? On Agency, each additional brand costs 229 TND/month for up to 10 brands, then 199 TND/month starting with the 11th. The pricing configurator calculates your price based on the number of brands.

 
Can my clients see the agency's other clients?
No. A client invited by the agency can only access the projects they have been assigned to and cannot create new projects. Within their project, Client view further restricts which tabs and sections they can see. Access to tools and Live Advisor is disabled by default.
How do I grant access to a new team member or freelancer?

Invite them as an agency team member and assign project-specific permissions: view, edit, integrations, goals, and dashboards. Each team member occupies one seat.

Tool access (Automation, Competitor Spy, Portfolio, MCP Keys, and Live Advisor) can be granted during the invitation process or later under Settings → Team, depending on the tools included in your plan.

Are Live Advisor tokens allocated per user?

No. The quota is shared across the entire account: 300K tokens/month on Solo, 1M on Studio (read-only), and 3M shared tokens on Agency (read and write).

Team members and clients granted access consume the same token pool across your projects.

Additional token packs are available and are used after the monthly quota runs out. They are valid for 12 months: 200K for 49 TND, 600K for 129 TND, and 1M for 159 TND.

Can I display costs with my agency markup?
Yes, with monthly multipliers, enabled upon request: a rate for each connector (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and each month. Example: $300 in ad spend with a 1.33 multiplier is displayed as $399. Ad spend, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS are adjusted for display purposes only, without modifying the source data. Clicks, impressions, conversions, and revenue remain unchanged.
What happens if I delete a client project?
Its integrations and synced data are deleted along with the project. To keep a record, export any relevant tables to CSV before deleting it.
What support is available with each plan?
Solo: Email support. Studio: Email and chat support. Agency: Dedicated support channel via Slack or WhatsApp.
